About me

Born and raised in Hong Kong I have lived more than 30 years in Canada, of which I proudly call home.
Real Estate business is something I always wanted to try at the back of my mind even though I was a copywriter by profession.

In 2007 I entered the industry as administrator and have since worked from the back-end to
project marketing and now residential sales.  I find the business challenging yet addictive
in a way that it can really embrace professional skills, patience and good work ethics.

Trailling behind social media I work harder in delivering quality service.
80% of my business are referrals and 20% I made from showing and hosting open houses.  I enjoy finding and showing properties because every client has different requirements.  Just because I do mostly referral business I have the opportunity to work in almost every area of lower mainland.  Not taking things for granted I make sure that I know the area and neighbourhood well in advance.
To me the "before-and-after" sale service are equally important, and I am truly grateful that all my clients have become ever-lasting friends.
